Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations: 

Please contact me with 14 days of delivery. 

Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Request a Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.  Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at deidre.anderson@noveldesignbydeidre.com

Conditions of Return:

Item must be in the same (Unused) condition that it was received it.  If the item has been worn a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
